Challenge: Ollie All Day
Today is about practicing your ollie’s! Set a timer and spend 20 min. with focused practice only on the Ollie. Can you jump a crack in the sidewalk? Jump over a water hose? Jump over a shoe? Make sure to write down in your 2boards journal and have your parents post a video on our FB 2boards group.
Sk8 Conditioning: Board squats
Stand on your board (not rolling). Feet shoulder width apart and do 3 sets of 10 squats.

Challenge: Curb Side
Take it to the curb outside your home. Set a timer and spend 20 min. with practicing rolling or jumping off your curb. Or, if you’re ready, Ollie up the curb. Make sure to write down in your 2boards journal and have your parents post a video on our FB 2boards group.
Sk8 Conditioning: Board Push Ups
Have your feet on the ground and both hands on the board. Do 3 sets of 10 push ups. Good luck!

Challenge: How Fast Can You Pump It
Find a sidewalk, parking lot or flat surface. Use the tips you’ve learned during your 2boards skate lessons to get comfortable and confident at pumping fast speeds. Make sure to write down in your 2boards journal and have your parents post a video on our FB 2boards group.
Sk8 Conditioning: Walk the Plank
Get in a plank position with both feet on the board. Hold the plank for 30 seconds. And repeat 2 more times.
